RETURN POLICY 

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days without providing a reason. The period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged, clean, and in its original packaging.

• No signs of wear, odors, or stains are allowed.

• A receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is inspected. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at purchase.

Return Costs
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
